Fermentation process with 50% destemming, followed by fermentation in steel tanks and careful pumping-over.

CHARACTERISTICS

Fruity wines with excellent persistence. Fresh and elegant wines.  Mouthfeel, pronounced fruit aroma , with a touch of wood and pine nut.
