Vines planted in Colares hard soil. Skin maceration of 100% of the grapes for 6 to 8 hours. Maturation over fine lees  and bâtonnage until the end of January.

CHARACTERISTICS

Complex wine with slight notes of dark fruit, balsamic acidity, nuts and cedar resin, atlantic acidity and accentuated tannins.
