VINIFICATION
The hand picked fruits were sorted and totally de-stemmed on arrival at the winery. The fermentation occurred in a traditional “lagar”, during one week. A small part of the wine then aged in used French oak barrels, with the rest of it aging in a small stainless steel tank.
CHARACTERISTICS
Light coloured, with a beautiful and fresh aroma. On the mouthfeel, it’s elegance, freshness and salinity will take you back to the classic and distinctive Atlantic wines from the Sintra coastline.
