Open since 1991, the Restaurant "O Caneira" appears as the first restaurante in Negrais with the centenary speciality of roast suckling pig by Negrais style. Coming from parents to sons, we maintain the tradition and the family name, keeping the secret and the "open form" of the suckling pig roasted in an oven by the Negrais tradition.
