All traditional recipes have a secret and Tia Alice's suckling pig is no exception. Negrais, a village 15 km from the town of Sintra, treasures the century-old recipe of roasted suckling pig in wood oven, which refines the delicious taste for which it is known for.

Tasco Galapito is a family and friends house, the business of the suckling pig is at the moment part of the 4th generation since 1930, located at Negrais, Sintra.

The pigs are roasted by the traditional way at a wooden oven with the same quality and tradition.

Distribute, hotel industry, catering companies, at fairs and pubs to make direct tasting so appreciated delicacy. We serve meals with reservation only, it is a private lunch you will be at a typical environment. 

With the appearance of Rota dos Vinhos, Bucelas, Carcavelos and Colares, Tejo region, nothing better than a tasting of roast piglet accompanied by a wine from our region.
