Craft beer bar where you can taste a wide variety of beers produced on site accompanied by excellent snacks.

In collaboration with the Colares Regional Wine Cellar and Mr. Fernando Gonçalves we produced, in April 2021, a unique beer from the joint fermentation of malt and grape must, resulting in a beer full of fruit, intense and balanced between the sweetness of malt and the acidity of Malvasia de Colares – wheat wine grape ale.

Two years after the project of the restaurant Incomum, by Luis Santos, the Wine Gallery – Incomum was born, a complement to the restaurant that hosts the excellent cuisine of Chef Luis Santos.

The restaurant and the Wine Gallery communicate with each other through the rear entrance of both spaces. The language of the spaces is complementary.

Wine cellar and wine bar, here you will find a wide selection of Portuguese wines, by the glass and bottle.

A Rustic touch in the Historial Centre of Sintra.

This shop is located in Sintra's historical centre, opposite the Royal Palace, has over 30 years' history and was the first wine-cellar and shop in Sintra.

At the start it focused mainly on Porto wine, and later began to sell white, red, "green", or rosé wines divided into the country's wine regions.

The original wine cellar has been restored ans is now a cosy space, which reminds one of a winery, and boasts a centuries-old granite wall.

You will be reminded of our snacks and Portuguese wines when you remember your visit.

It was in 1972 that Mr. João Matias, known as João Padeiro, began roasting goat in the wood oven to bake bread that was then served by his wife, Conceição Matias, to diners who visited the region.

Since then, the menu has been improved and the space expanded, offering the best of traditional Portuguese cuisine.
